Promotional / digital License+10-30% of the base price (Social media posting, banners, pfp.)Reselling / Physical license+30-200% of Creation Fee (prints, book illustrations and covers, crowdfunding counterparts, box-bundle etc.)⚠︎ I retain the rights to share and use my art for self-promotion including in prints and artbooks (in which case you will be credited or if it makes you uncomfortable I'll edit the art to make it more generic).Commercial projects always come with a signed contrat !
TERMS OF USE
GENERAL INFOWhen commissionning art from me you are automatically subjected to my Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.REGARDING NSFW ART :
♦ By ordering nsfw art, you certify to be over 18+ and that the characters displayed are also over 18+.PAYMENTS♦ I always issue a quote directly from my payment platform to protect both the client and myself, payment must be sent in full before I start working on the commission.♦ Payment plans can be discussed for orders above $300.PROCESS AND REVISIONS♦ The clearer you are when explaining what you want and the more accurate your artwork will be ! I’ll always do my best to portray your character accurately but I can’t do so without a clear reference sheet (however your reference can be shaded).♦ August 2022 update : I now accept to work without proper references but an additional fee of 15€ will be applied.♦ I will always provide a rough sketch (thumbnail) for pose confirmation and will happily show the progress upon request. Usually I send work in progress for sketch, lineart and base colors steps.♦ I allow up to two thumbnails and three minor revisions per commission. Past these points, each request for a revision will cost an additional fee.♦ When revising a wip please make sure to send me all your comments before you approve it.♦ A fee based on my hourly rate will be added if you wish to change something you previously approved or something on the final drawing.COMMUNICATION PROCESS♦ You're always welcome to contact me regarding your commission by emailing me at : [email protected]. Requests made on my socials are likely to be missed.♦ Please remember I'm on CET timezone. I will always try my best to send you a reply within 72hours (except over the week-ends).DEADLINES & DELIVERY♦ Depending on the workload commissions will be completed within 2 weeks and 2 months.♦ Faster turn around can be discussed (especially for commercial projects). If you have a set deadline let me know as soon as possible.♦ You will receive your commission in a 1500px (minimum) wide RGB file unless you request another format and/or size.CLIENT USE♦ You as the client can repost the artwork I did specifically for you on your social media with proper credit.♦ Unless we agreed on commercial use of your commission (with a signed contract) your artwork is for personal use only.♦ You may not draw on or edit the artwork I provide for you unless permission is acquired. However you may crop it and resize it.
♦ I don't allow my work to be sold as NFT'S or used as IA training. My commissions cannot be resold either.♦ The characters rights and ownership remain to you as the client !ARTIST'S RIGHTS♦ I as the artist retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise, unless you requested full exclusivity (a fee will be added and calculated based on the requested use).
♦ I may use my work for promotion purposes without restriction, including sharing my work on artbooks or fanzines and patreon's contributions.REFUND POLICY♦ You may cancel your order before payment is made and I scheduled time for your artwork. Once the payment is made and I started working no refund or cancellation is possible.♦ A refund cannot be given once the commission is finished.♦ I will issue a full refund if I'm unable to complete your commission.♦ Under exceptional and justified circumstances if the commission is already started I may be willing to stop our collaboration and refund the time I haven’t yet spent on your piece. You will receive your commission in the state it is. This is however left to my appreciation.♦ Cancelations or chargebacks issued through the payment platform after the commission has started or is finished will result in a blacklist, a report to the app Support and brought to legal authorities.COMMERCIAL WORKS♦ I can do various illustrations, designs, bases, portraits with commercial use (especially for book covers and merch), feel free to contact me with the details of your project !♦ Quoting is always free ! Feel free to reach out if you have questions or would like to negotiate terms !♦ A signed contract is mandatory for commercial projects, once we agreed on a quote I will send you one for signing.
